Bonanza Satrangi is a Pakistani clothing brand. Bonanza began in 1976 making ready-made winter knitwear for men, women and children, and launched its women's line Satrangi in 2012. It sells unstitched fabric, ready-to-wear, menswear, kidswear, fragrances and beauty online and in 80+ stores across Pakistan.

Orders in Pakistan arrive in 2-3 working days, or 6-8 working days during a sale. International orders take 5-7 working days, or 12-15 during a sale.

Yes. You can exchange articles within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@bonanzasatrangi.com with your order ID, or at a Bonanza Satrangi store. There are no cash refunds.

Making an account is not necessary as you can use a guest account to make purchases at the website without registering yourself. However, we at Bonanza Satrangi understand the importance of your time, therefore creating an account with us gives you access to the following benefits:

Orders can be placed while navigating our website as a registered user or even as a guest user. On any product page, select your color/size choices (if applicable), choose quantity and then press the “Add to Cart” button. This will open up your shopping cart where you may choose to continue shopping, or head on to checkout. On the checkout page, you may add or confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment options, enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) and review your order before selecting “Place order now”..

The following are the payment options available for your convenience:

• Cash On Delivery (COD)
• Cards (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit)

After you place your order on the website, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you from Bonanza Satrangi to confirm that your order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order has been shipped.

Although we take extra precautions to ensure that each order is in mint condition, should an unfortunate mishap occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Support at info@bonanzasatrangi.com to return the item or exchange it for the correct order.

Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items to you. The shipped items will be listed on the Airwaybill, which you can verify upon delivery. Out-of-stock items will not be included in the shipment. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest, at no extra charge.

Order cancellation is dependent on whether or not it has been shipped. Send your order cancellation request to info@bonanzasatrangi.com within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, orders can’t be cancelled.
