Shipping Information
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customer will receive a verification code on the provided mobile phone number that is needed to be entered on the confirmation page to verify the order. If the verification code is not received, an automated call will be made from our end to verify provided contact details.
- Bonanza Satrangi reserves the right to not ship any Cash on Delivery (COD) order that is not verified by the customer via SMS OTP or automated call.
* All orders confirmed via SMS OTP or automated call will be considered Verified.
* The term "(Verified)" means that the customer has placed an order and confirmed it via SMS OTP or automated call. The SMS OTP and automated calls are sent to the customer's registered mobile phone number.
* By confirming an order via SMS OTP or automated call, the customer agrees to receive the order, and it ensures that the order is not placed erroneously.

- Cash on delivery orders will be canceled if they are not confirmed via verification code/call within 48 hours of order placement.

- We reserve the rights to cancel the orders any time before the order is processed, reasons may include: Out of stock items, pricing, or technical errors.
Domestic Delivery
Order deliveries may take up to 3-5 working days
During the Sale Period, orders may be delivered in 6-8 working days.
Flat Rs.100 shipping charges on all orders.
We may split your order (for local orders only), for smoother delivery process and you may receive your order in multiple packages. There will be no additional delivery charges on orders that are being split.

International Delivery
Order deliveries may take up to 8-12 working days.
During the Sale Period, Orders may be delivered in 12-15 working days.
Additional (if any) Custom Duty to be borne by the Customer at the time of delivery.
Any taxes or duty charges will be payable by the customer to the courier company at the time of the delivery.

Delivery Charges
Charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay. Also, please ensure to check the Duty charges (if any) of your shipment as the duty charges will be payable by the customer to the courier company at the time of the delivery.
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees (If any) will be collected at the time of order delivery.
Failed to pay the duties and taxes will lead to order cancellation/ return, hence payment will not be refunded to the customer
